UX Strategy | Design | Research
Over the past two years, I've exclusively worked across several internal and public-facing systems within USCIS. Our contract supports 8+ systems that each have their own Agile product teams with a goal to develop and execute strategies to modernize legacy systems. As a designer, I've had the opportunity to create high-fidelity prototypes, advocate and execute user research, and build relationships with the product leadership teams to emphasize how important design can be at both the strategic and ground levels.
Blackbaud, Inc.
UX Research | Strategy | Web Design
My team and I focused on how nonprofits can work toward the UN's goal of responsible consumption and production. We identified perception issues with users based on how they reduce, reuse, and recycle. From there we created a concept for users to buy secondhand items through a web plugin. We utilized Sketch and InVision to build, iterate, and test our design.
Xfinity Mobile
Mobile App Design | UX Strategy
My team and I were tasked with enhancing the UI for the XfinitiyMobile app. We identified that users care most about issues relating to money (go figure) and that they are more likely to deal with something if it has a CTA button. We then utilized the Sketch design system XfinityMobile provided us to change, update, and enhance all of the possible mobile homepages.

UX Research | Data Analytics | Data Visualization
My job as a data analyst is to collect, analyze, and visual data so that coaches can make data-driven decisions relating to athletic training and competitions. I collect a massive quantity of data using excel and hand-coded website databases to manage all of the data. From there I utilize IBM Watson Analytics to visualize the data so that coaches can easily digest and customize the data to what they need. Ultimately I empower and drive decision making for how our divers are trained and how they compete.
CHI Design Competition 2019
UX Research | Mobile App Design
For the 2019 CHI Design Competition, they asked us to design a technology that connects the social fabrics of a community together so that they can utilize that technology to create deeper, more meaningful connections. We utilized a variety of research methods to identify a niche problem space and design an app to help connect neighborhood communities. We utilize Sketch & InVision, design charette, what-if cards and co-design workshops.
